Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Zakr. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Zakr.
1. The service
Zakr lets you create, send and manage quotes and invoices and, optionally, collect payments. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done under your account. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. You must have the right to use any customer details you enter.
3. Plans and payment
Zakr offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Where you collect payments from your own customers, those payments are handled by our payment providers and subject to their terms and fees, which are shown to you before you enable them.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the documents and information you create. You grant us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your quotes, invoices and customer data.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Zakr for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or that infringes others' rights, and do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
6. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Zakr running but provide it "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using Zakr and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
